About Flexirun

My photo
Flexirun
Brunflo, Jämtland, Sweden
I have been a runner since 1969. Almost all of my life. I have been running with all (3) my dogs, Adam, Elton and now Malte. Nowadays Adam and Elton are in the dogs heaven and running together. Adam became 12 years old and Elton 13 years. Today I have Malte, who is 9 years old and I run and walk with me. I have an ability to see things in a positive way! There are always alternative ways one can choose in life! I use to say: Always SMILE! Always say Hello! to strangers! Always look around corners out there! Always dare to dare! 2013 I ran 221 km in a few days (43 hours) around the lake where I live (Östersund, Sweden). The reason was only that I wanted to run, simply. Easy, Light and Smooth is my way of running. #ELS :-)
