In addition, I had a feeling that there was any infection in the body a long time, but it is as well not broken out.
After the Stockholm Marathon on May 30 broke it though out with a vengeance. I got a bad cold and now it sat in 5 days. However, it feels better and better every hour now.
I have of course not been running now when I'm sick. Instead, I cured myself with tea mixed with ginger, lemon and honey. Seems to be a dunderkur (Swedish for "hefty regimen").

In two weeks only there will be a team with refugees set up in St.Olavsloppet. Same race, a 330 km long relay, I ran with a friend last summer. However, we will only be using the two last days in Sweden this time. Going to be very interesting!
Well, as always try a little smile and a Hello! to people You meet out there :-)
