Well, now it was a while ago again but it does not stop to say good evening anyway.
So "Good evening" to you!
It starts to get better with the running. For each session it goes a little easier and it is probably the regularity and that I do not drive harder than my body can handle. Yes, also the "hare" Malte (dog) then of course. Very nice and faithful running buddy I must say.

According to some, the sun has been a little invisible, but I still think I can see a small "Polar burn" (running-watch) on my arm anyway. You understand!
In addition, it has been inspiring to go on the tours almost every day because it is so incredibly nice to take a wood-fired sauna afterwards. Can be recommended if you get the opportunity at some point.
On one of my trips in "bear-land" I passed a nice "häbre" (old hayloft) which was apparently built in the 17th century at some point. They seemed to be able to make locks even at that time. Fantastic!

The three pictures I share with you have, separately, some to do with a very important word: STEADFASTNESS.
There is an Afro-American proverb that says:
"Keep going!" and say some I can think.
"To be steadfast is to be steady, enduring and trustworthy (think back in the pictures). We remain true to our intentions no matter what happens.
Firmness grows every time we take on a challenge. It strengthens the will to continue when Life tests our determination. We choose a path and keep a steady course.
We are faithful and tolerant of those we love. We commit to something no matter how long it may take. We are like a steady ship in a storm. We do not allow ourselves to be broken or driven off course.
We are riding out the storm. "
By the way, today I decided to run the Stockholm marathon virtually.
I do it on Saturday 5/9 with type 16 laps around Lillsjön. Right now 15 km is going well so.. why wouldn't a couple of 15 km more do.
How was it now "..steady, enduring, trustworthy..".
Have a nice Thursday and be grateful for the gift of perseverance.
It gives you strength to endure!

Keep smiling!
Keep saying HELLO to strangers!
Keep LOOKING AROUND THE CORNER!
Keep going!
